简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途:为建立健全与城市安全运行和高质量发展相匹配的物资储备体系,切实提升新区物资储备保障能力,拟委托符合资质企业作为物资承储单位,储备帐篷、折叠床、床上用品等救灾物资。服务内容包括:提供符合救灾类物资(700顶帐篷、3500张折叠床、3500套床上用品)储备条件的仓储场所,并承担救灾类物资的日常管理(含入库、保管、出库等)。(详见招标文件第三部分-服务需求书)。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: In order to establish and improve a material reserve system that matches the safe operation and high-quality development of the city, and effectively enhance the material reserve guarantee capacity of the new area, it is planned to entrust enterprises with the appropriate qualifications to serve as the units responsible for storing disaster relief materials such as tents, folding beds, and bedding. The service content includes: providing a storage site that meets the reserve conditions for disaster relief materials (700 tents, 3,500 folding beds, and 3,500 sets of bedding), and undertaking the daily management of disaster relief materials (including warehousing, storage, and outbound, etc.). (Please refer to the Service Requirement Document in Part III of the bidding documents for details).
合同履约期限:本项目为一招三年项目,合同一年一签。首个合同服务期限为2025年7月19日至2026年7月18日。
The Contract Period: This project is a three-year project with the contract signed annually. The service period of the first contract is from July 19, 2025, to July 18, 2026.
